When you choose to enroll in Gulf Shield's roof maintenance program, our team will conduct routine inspections of the roofing system to check for aging or degrading products and unchecked storm damage. While we are up there, we will check for soft spots, missing shingle granules, or nails and fasteners that may have loosened over time.

Each inspection is documented with video and images which are sent directly to you along with a diagnostic report. The inspection report serves as a valuable tool for HOAs and property managers who rely on expert documentation to share with their boards and clients.

Identify Threats & Hazards Early
Even if you are on the roof or have drone imagery, roofing threats and hazards can be difficult to detect. That's because many of the issues begin under the applied materials. Cracked or incorrectly installed flashing - the metal barrier between the base of a chimney, roof vent, or exterior wall - causes many roof leaks.

Left untreated, this issue allows moisture to seep under the roofing material and causes leaks and rotting plywood. Gulf Shield experts are trained to identify areas that warrant immediate repair as well as those to watch closely over time.
